You can reduce the calories and carbs in this dish by substituting tomato sauce for the ketchup, eliminating the brown sugar, and sweetening it with your favorite calori-free sweetener. You can also add grated zucchini or as much diced mushroom as you can handle, to stretch the recipe.
This wrap is good any time of day, and it is so easy to make. You can use other meat if you prefer, I really liked the chicken strips already cooked. I used everything in less than five minutes.
