I've found a lot of gluten free quick bread recipes but they tend to be a bit too egg-y for me. This still contains quite a few eggs to still hold the loaf together, but the honey and reduced salt makes it taste less like an omelet!
Note, this is also dairy free!
The easiest Sloppy Joe- made with just ground beef, ketchup, and some seasonings.

I used red wine vinegar instead of cider vinegar.
Tip: Compare labels: Look for lower-sodium versions of the meat, cheese and bread for this recipe, as the combination of prepared ingredients make the sodium for this dish higher than most Scramble recipes. To help your body cope with salty meals, eat a banana (potassium balances sodium) and drink some water with lemon slices (lemon is a diuretic.)
I never thought to do traditional 'sweet' sandwich filling in a wrap... until I made this up! :)
A classic with a twist. Who needs bread? :) Awesome with a glass of milk and an apple!
We needed some protein added to our day, but not too many calories, so I put this together. Hubby loved it. We put it in whole wheat pita with kale garnish.
Serve with a light salad and some fruit and you have the perfect 300ish calorie lunch!!
Yummy Meat for a crowd, very time effective, can be cooked in the oven or the crock pot.
I love whopper jr.'s so I came up with my healthier version and was able to cut 60 calories from Burger Kings version.
This is a very rough approximation of the ingredients in a Whole Foods Pike Place turkey sandwhich with turkey, bacon, sun-dried tomato aoli, pepper jack cheese and spinach - hold the avacado.
