This sandwich really hits the spot for comfort food. It is really tasty and delicious but quick to make. I grew up eating southern food and it was brought me back to my roots.
I grew up eating a lot of southern food and I still love it. I love horseradish coleslaw and pickles on a sandwich because they add such a distinct flavor. I enjoy making this sandwich because it is easy to make but it packs a lot of great southern flavor.
A bread machine loaf with molasses, rises high and slices well. Has just a bit of sweet taste, and keeps well. The molasses, wheat germ and lecithin add some extra nutrition too!
WW friendly. This is so tasty, yet so healthy, even when each adult eats two large burritos. I adapted this from a recipe on a plastic produce bag at a Mars Supermarket.
A regular cold lobster roll, using regular mayonnaise. Optional: add melted butter to roll and add those calories to your meal.
Using Carbquick (netrition.com) and Flax meal, this bread is similar to the Arnold's Sandwich thins.
Looking for an alternative to Subway's bread considering it has HF Corn Syrup and came up with these!

A mix of zucchini, carrots, fresh herbs and onions add moisture and flavor to these yummy burgers. Feel free to substitute any herbs your prefer...sage is also good here.
