This is a tasty, low-cal way to lock in all the various flavors of some of my favorite vegetables. It's very filling and great warm or cold!
fresh veggies, brown rice and green peppers. Use whatever sauce you want. I used a middle eastern simmer sauce but you could simply add spaghetti sauce or broth or nothing at all.
