This is how you make homemade pasta instead of using it from the box. You can use it for lazana, spagetti, egg noodles, etc. Any place it calls for pasta of any sort even the filled shells and such. Once you eat your own, you will never go back to the boxed!
This is for use with the Bariatric Lynn's Pork Gyros recipe but can also be used for other gyros, Greek salads, etc. It is really good and gets better over the next couple of days in the refrigerator.

KNORR® Rice Sides™ Chicken Flavor, 5.6oz(158g) package, prepared according to package directions. Package says it makes 2.5 one-cup servings. For bariatric lap-banders I have reduced this to make five, 1/2 cup servings.

This is a delicious side to pork loin, turkey, or roast chicken. For those who love cranberries but find the canned sauce too sweet, you will love this one!
