Light as air, sweet buns that are delicious. I have also added cinnamon, nutmeg and raisins to part of the dough to make Hot Cross Buns. Those measurements are at the end of the cooking instructions, and not included in the nutritional count.

Preheat oven to 400. Sprinkle baking pan with cornmeal.
Whisk buttermilk, molasses & oil in medium bowl. Stir in oats. Set aside.
Mix next 6 ingredients in large bowl. Make well in center. Add buttermilk mixture & raisins. Stir until dough comes together. Let stand 5 minutes.
Lightly flour work surface. Scoop half of dough onto surface. Knead about 30 seconds until no longer sticky. Shape into ball.
Bake loaves 20 minutes. Reduce heat to 375. Bake until dark & crusty & loaves sound hollow when tapped on bottom, about 25 minutes. Cool on racks.
Good for dip--if you can find something other than crackers and bread, and great as mayo replacement.
