I got this from a gal I work with...it's really pretty mild but you could spice it up with some more jalepeno. I'm not usually one for peppers and I love it...so does my family. Worst thing for you is the chips that go with it. :)

Clean version of pumpkin loaf or muffins... The original recipe used splenda, but to keep it clean, I substituted 1/2 cup sucanat instead. It won't be very sweet... You could double the sucanat for only an additional 35 calories per slice. Recipe should make 10-11 slices. Calories based on 11 slices.
Absolutely delicious blackberry coffee cake! Berries can be subbed for any other berry, or no berries at all! Also, if you want a more nutty topping, you can add 1/2 c. of walnuts, or any nut you prefer.
