Chocolate Truffles Recipes

These truffles are a good once in a while treat since they contain a fair amount of saturated fat. BUT, they’re better than giving in to "real" truffles!

I wanted a high protein, low calorie snack and came up with this!

I usually have some really delicious, high-quality dark chocolate in the house somewhere. But sometimes, I don’t. When I don’t, I make my own truffles. I have my friend Charlene to thank for introducing me to this “healthy” chocolate recipe!

These are sure to be a crowd pleaser, and no one would guess that these decadent truffles contain a mere 100 cals each!

Not low calorie, but no refined sugars.
