This is a combination of a few recipes I've found on line. I've tried to get the nutrition info as accurate as possible based on servings.

Wanted something easy for cupcakes

This is definitely a great cake for a special occasion. I used a 9-inch cake pan to get more pieces out of the cake, to make the calories more manageable. Guests can have another if they feel the piece was too small for them.

This is SOO delicious! It WONT melt at room temperature like regular whipped cream!
It's VERY stable. Its wonderful used for frosting a cake or even dipping fruit in it!

Light and fluffy frosting

A low-calorie alternative to regular frosting. Pair with angel food cake and strawberries for a low-cal "shortcake."

This is a low fat/low sugar frosting that tastes great!

works on what my family calls pudding dessert or what some call eclair cake, could work on a dozen cupcakes

*Betty Crocker SuperMoist Vanilla Cake Mix, 12 serving (remove)
Heavy Whipping Cream, 3 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whipped) (remove)
Granulated Sugar, 24 tsp (remove)
Vanilla Extract, 5 tsp (remove)
*Frosting, Vanilla Funfetti (Pillsbury), 24 tbsp (remove)

I just used regular yellow cake mix, substituted 1/3 c unsweetened applesauce for the oil, and 3/4 c of egg beaters for the eggs

This can be used as either frosting or a fruit dip

Sugar Free, Organic Frosting for the GF Chocolate Cake (Pecan base)

Recipe is for a 1 layer cake. Double if making 2 layers.
