Beef Brisket
1 beef brisket (4-5 lbs)
1pkg dry french onion soup mix
1 can Coke (not diet)
1 bottle Heinz Chili Sauce
Preheat oven to 300 degrees
Combine all ingredients except brisket in bowl. Place Brisket fat side down in plastic cooking bag. (Prepared according to directions) Pour soup mixture over brisket and seal. Cut 5-6 slits in top of bag. Bake 300 degrees for 4-5 hours.
(When done take out of bag and turn over and run a knife under fat to remove.)
