Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

You need Tbsp. of oil to saute the onions & chicken; I also used less molasses & slightly less salt/pepper, also fresh bean sprouts. 5 min. was plenty, then 5 min. after adding 1 tsp. cornstarch in 1/2 c. water. Flavor is definitely zippy!
