Made a batch of this for pre or post-bike rides. Worked great! No sugar crash and was very satisfying without feeling heavy, as with many sugary treats. I think the next batch, I'm going to go for broke and add toffee chips to the mix and serve it up with some creamy all-natural peanut butter.
