A delicious and nutritious White Bean Chili

I came up with this recipe after reviewing many recipes with similar ingredients. I believe the important thing is customizing recipes to suit your family's taste. My husband loved this recipe! I cook the chicken in the slow cooker all night then shred it the next day (the slow cooking makes it easier to shred). The picture does not do this dish justice.

This is a low cal, high fiber recipe, yet hmmmm good! Always great at home or for a party.

Love this recipe but I didn't have all the ingredients so here is my version. Serving size 1.5 cups... so you can get at LEAST ten out of one batch. Makes a lot and 1 cup is very filling. TIP: FREEZE individual 1 cup portions in those Ball freezer containers! Grab one and there's your serving! You don't have to thaw it all!

This is with the 2 large cans of the Blue Runner Creole Cream Style Navy beans with Jalapenos. It is awesome with a 1/2 cup of Uncle Ben's instant whole grain brown rice & a little monterey jack cheese & a dollop of sour cream. SO EASY & SO GOOD!
