This does not seem to be healthy with the fat, sodium and high protein content. I will be reducing the chicken and beans to maybe 2 breast and 1 can of beans. I will use low sodium and had more spices so it tastes like chili.
This was very good although I did add onion and garlic powder along with some salt to season. Yum
I cut in half, just in case the kids didn't like it but since they loved ham and white beans I new this would be good and they loved it especially with cornbread and hot sauce I also added pepper & garlic saIt, I ate it w/ fat free cottage cheese mmm I would have never thought about the green chili
