Nutrition & Calorie Comments

Absolutely LOVE it! The only thing I added was 1 tbsp liquid smoke and left out the garlic, salt, pepper, etc. just because I forgot. I baked them in the oven and although my husband was skeptical he had three. He even took some to work for lunch today - which never happens. Excellent!!
I made these twice so far, the first time I made one batch and the second time I made two batches (12 muffins). I use 1/3 cup of oats, 1/3 cup of teriyaki sauce and 1/2 medium red onion and 2 jalapenos instead of 3 to cut down on calories. I renamed it turkey meatloaf muffins.
I liked these burgers, but I was confused about the nutritional information because when I calculated it myself each burger had about 14 grams of protein. I checked and the calculations are based on 40 ounces (2 packs) of turkey, not 20 ounces (1 pack) which is what is listed in the directions.
