Just made this recipe for lunch! I made a third of the recipe so that I could have a personal serving and cooked them less. It made 4 falafels for 160 calories! I put them in a small pita with hummus. DELICIOUS!
Made for a quick easy dinner, that was also easy on the calories. Very tasty. Did mine in my small food processor and it blended it all perfectly.
