Sounds great,,I am all about easy! How about adding a can of chunk tuna or chunk salmon and get some more protein and omega 3's?
I too do not eat the white pasta! No nutritional value to it!
This was very bland so I added some garlic and onion powder and a little salt. Delicious but different!
I would use frozen peas and dried beans instead because cane peas and beans are loaded with salt. But it sound nutritious I would give it four stars.
