Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

This is really good. First time I've tried beet greens. I'm afraid I jiggered the ingredients a bit; I used turkey bacon rather than pork, so then used a tad of olive oil, since there was no fat (I didn't need 2 T.) I also used golden beets, those being what I had. Awesome.
