Nutrition & Calorie Comments

Just returned from a month in Greece and this salad (with added salt and oregano) took me back to Andros!! This will definitely be a 2 times a week salad for me!
I left away the onion and added one tsp of balsamico. One of my fabourite recipes! I added salt, pepper and some salad herbs mixture
very tasty salad and healthy.here in greece we add salt, oregano and sometimes pieces of belly peppers.we don't use lemon.thanks for sharing by the way!
This recipe was good but a little dry. Some lemon juice would be a nice addition. Also, layer the tomatoes on top and let sit at room temp, covered, so that the juices can drip onto the other vegs. Needed salt too.
Absolutely delicious! We add oregano, salt and pepper. My family is Greek and I've been eating this type salad all my life.
