Nutrition & Calorie Comments

Thanks for the recipe! It was good. I had to add quite a bit of salt to taste so next time I will try adding things to spruce up the ground turkey like others did!
This was good. I really missed my version of shepherd's pie which has cheese between the potatoes and the meat mixture. I think I'll try it again with some low fat cheddar.
I made this tonite & thought it was pretty good; a little bland for my tastes but that could easily be remedied next time by adding other spices to it. I used 2 green onions in place of the yellow & no salt canned mixed veggies for the green beans. Will make again but will add more spices.
so good! I tried to stay at 1 serving since it was only 180 calories but it was so good I ended at 3!!!! oops!
very good, i as well, added seasoning to the meat. i like to use mrs. dash (spelling). i substituted wheat flour and i didn't have any white potatoes so i used sweet potatoes...more nutritional value and flavor and it was very good.
I loved it! I used worchester sauce on the turkey & I used swansons natural goodness broth which has less fat & calories.
