Nutrition & Calorie Comments

Very weird - I just tried to add this recipe to my tracker and it came out zero calories, zero nutrition. I'll try doing a makeover without changing the recipe and see what happens.Nope - ingredients listed in recipe mode are just for one serving - I will rewrite the recipe if I want to use it. :( Submitted by:

It was good but was on bland side, had to add more garlic, salt and oregano. Submitted by:

Pretty good. I would use 1/2 the amount of lemon and add a bit more salt to the sauce. Submitted by:

very good, but I added cilantro and used vegetable oil to saute the chicken. I also added the seasoning to my chicken in a bowl and let it sit in that for a while. Oh I also added a little soy sauce. The oil added a little calories but still healthy enough. Submitted by:

There is confusion regarding number of servings. At bottom the page says "serves 4". Below that the page says "Number of servings: 1". And in the nutritional information the phrase is "Servings per recipe: 1". The number of servings per recipe and the weight of one serving,is important. Submitted by:

perfect meal, as well I use good nearly fat free minced meat to make this delicious meal Submitted by:

Delicious even with bottled garlic, bottled lemon juice and dried herbs! Will certainly make again! I like the fact that it is low enough in calories to have some pasta or rice with it. Submitted by:

So odd that this recipe SOUNDED so tasty to me but failed! I served this for 4 guests, and NONE of them liked it! I myself though it was bland, but the chicken was tender and well-cooked. Served it over brown rice and sprinkled non-fat feta cheese on the top. Won't use this one again. Submitted by:
