Green and Beans with Country Ham
This is an updated lower calorie version of an old family Southern favorite. If you are fortunate enough to have a country ham you must use some of the little bits that are trimmed off to flavor your greens. If you don't have country ham then any ham will do. Go for the lean parts and this will be a healthy recipe.
