Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

I LOVED this recipe! I've tried to make feasted breads before and they never came out right, but this one is so fluffy and airy.
I changed it to white rice flour and added 2 tablespoons of honey to sweeten it, and omitted the salt because it was a small batch (baking powder has a loud salt taste),
Bit of a salty taste but possibly a personal thing. Might try to cut it back next time. Nice light texture - so easy to make. The preparation time is very mis-leading, took me 10mins at the most and that's including rummaging around in the cupboard. Might try a sweet version next time.
