Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

Loved it, I used egg whites and added some chocolate whey protein, flax seed, and some splenda to sweeten it!
It tastes pretty good... more like french toast than a pancake, but that's ok. My biggest complaint is the consistency. I made it with low fat ricotta and tried to cook it in a pan like a normal pancake. It was VERY runny and nearly impossible to cook that way. Might be better with the microwave
