This was terrific. Saved the bowl and tossed it all on a sheet pan lined with non stick foil and left off the salt.
Great way to make a bland veggie have flavor! I only seasoned mine with sea salt and pepper but I never thought of adding other seasonings. I will have to try a different seasoning next time I make it.
