Nutrition & Calorie Comments

I made this for a birthday lunch at work. Everyone loved it and couldn't believe it was sugar free. I used the sugar free vanilla cook and serve pudding just because I like the texture more than the instant. Once it was cooled I layered it with the rest of the ingredients.
This recipe was so tastey!!! I made it for a footbal watching party, and nobody even knew the difference! Everyone loved it, and was so suprised that it was low fat and almost sugar free!!
Yesterday was the day for new recipes, all from SP users. Made this for dessert, but instead of coolwhip, I used sugar free real whipped cream. I know it changed the calorie count somewhat, but this was incredible. I made them up in individual dishes, everyone loved it! Will try choc. pudding next.
