I made this for a birthday lunch at work. Everyone loved it and couldn't believe it was sugar free. I used the sugar free vanilla cook and serve pudding just because I like the texture more than the instant. Once it was cooled I layered it with the rest of the ingredients. Submitted by:

Yesterday was the day for new recipes, all from SP users. Made this for dessert, but instead of coolwhip, I used sugar free real whipped cream. I know it changed the calorie count somewhat, but this was incredible. I made them up in individual dishes, everyone loved it! Will try choc. pudding next. Submitted by:
