I donīt know how, but I came out with 12 very nice size muffins (average size?) - couldnīt possibly fit in 6 cups. Wonderful flavor! Iīm glad to find a muffin that is honey sweetened, whole grain, low fat and low cholesterol! Thanks for submitting.
These are good warmed up -- I sliced mine in half, toasted it and added low fat cream cheese.
These muffins were wonderful, can't believe they are low in fat.
these look good! I'll have to try them sometime! If you use unsweetend applesauce (no, it doesn't use artificial sweeteners, it's just applesauce with nothing added), that would lower the calorie count!
I can't wait to try these. They look great. I'm a whole grain lady and am trying to reduce/eleminate sugar as well.
