Nutrition & Calorie Comments

We loved this receipe my husband couldn't stop eatting it and i had lunch for a week. my only question is it states 10 servings but what is considered a serving size for the calories?
Awesome taste and if, like me, you are sodium sensitive you can use low sodium products and add a bit more heat, you won't miss the salt. I think you made a winner at least for my family you did. Thanks
I leave out the corn as well - to lower carbs - But I love it!
I leave out the corn and reduce the carbs that way. Wonderful soup! Thanks for sharing.
