Drinking calories
This was good, but for once I didn't have low sodium cottage cheese in the house, and I found it made the smoothie a little salty and had to add a bunch of milk to make it palatable. Next time I'll use low sodium cottage cheese.
A smoothie with extra protein and no refined sugar. Fantastic recipe. Tastes great! Thanks for sharing.
