Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

I like to add cinnamon and ginger. I add whatever dried fruits I have on hand and play around with mixed nuts.Don't use salted nuts or butter so you can control your own sodium.Try flattening the bars with an identical shaped or smaller sheet pan/baking dish to get a nice flat, dense bar.
This is nummy, but honestly too salty and I couldn't get the bars to stick together so i just spread the stuff out on a pan and toasted it to make granola instead. I think I will stick to my other granola bars.
