I have just added Thai food to my palette and found this recipe for Pad Thai sauce. I replaced the sugar for maple sugar because it adds the sweetness but doesn't raise my blood sugar. Otherwise I made it exactly as specified and it is DELICIOUS. Thank you so much for sharing this recipe.
