Nutrition & Calorie Comments

I skipped the seasoned salt and used low sodium soy sauce.
I use Mrs. Dash in this instead of the salt blend and it works well.
Added some garlic and onion powder and they were pretty tasty. Nice lower calorie burger.
I wont use reduced fat cheese. They add extra crap to make up for the fat. Just eat the fat and feel satisfied instead of eating the sugar used to replace it.
I microwave mushrooms, then they don't absorb loads of fat
I like the idea of this when I read the recipe but I didn't see the need to add in bread crumbs or use butter. Just unnecessary calories and carbs. The only seasoning I had was low sodium Grill mates chicken seasoning which worked great. I also melted the cheese on top of the mushrooms so that they
i used 99% lean ground turkey to shave even more off the fat count =)
I had to leave out the seasoning salt to try and lower the sodium, which was way too high for me, I used Mrs. Dash instead for taste. I'm guessing the cheese has a lot of salt itself.
Whoa Nelli! that's way too much sodium for me. I use Ms Dash and/or a combination of garlic, onion powder and fresh ground pepper. Also I seldom put butter in the skillet to sauté mushrooms. If I use a little butter I use unsalted but i spray with Pam and a splash of EVOO.
