Nutrition & Calorie Comments

Post holiday, I was out of lots of stuff in my pantry (no corn flakes or bread crumbs) so I crushed Ritz reduced fat crackers for the coating...The chicken turned out great!
i added low fat shredded cheese to the cornflake mixture and it was superb!
Will try again with less salt and pepper, added garlic, my kids thought it was too "hot" (the pepper) and drank lots of milk with it (the salt) I cut my chicken into strips to make chicken strips
I love this chicken. For a different taste I use Fat Free Italian Salad dressing instead of the butter spray.
I just made this recipe and it was amazing. I used seasoned salt, pepper, onion and garlic powder. As yummy as it was it might not make great leftovers. We let ours sit for about ten minutes before eating and they were a little less crispy than they were fresh out of the oven. Overall, five stars!
This is excellent. I used lemon pepper, a touch of salt, some pepper, and Strawberries bar-b-que seasoning. I put the seasoning in with the cereal and shook each piece to cover completely, will probably put on wire rack to get bottom crispy.
i made this tonight. i had a whole cut up chicken and i took the skin, extra fat off. i was really surprised at how crunchy it turned out. i seasoned it with alot of different things, so it wasnt bland at all. my husband is a "red meat" guy, and not into anything healthy, and he gave it 4.5 stars!
Good - I used garlic, parsley, paprika, salt and pepper. I would use more garlic next time... it was a little bland.
I really like this dish. It was easy to make. Chicken was juicy and tender. So much flavor. Low calorie just add bake vegetables and you can have a dinner meal for under 200 calories. Make losing weight so much easier.
Really yummy! I added some garlic, onion powder, and parsley, and a little parmesian cheese. It was a little too salty with 1 tsp of salt, so I would recommend cutting that in half, but otherwise very good.
This is great! I added the same seasonings as are used in the recipe "Baked Pork Chops," paprika, oregano, chili powder, garlic powder, black pepper, cayenne pepper, dry mustard, and a pinch of salt. This is a great way to spice it up!
