Nutrition & Calorie Comments

Excellent recipe as it's adaptable for individual needs. My daughter, who has no need to lose weight, makes it with 1 Tblsp sugar or honey instead of sweetener, 1 egg instead of white, and 2 slices bread. I've made it with chopped apple, and I always use cashew milk as it's low carb and creamy.
