Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

I would substtute the zuccini with cabbage or bagged cole slaw and maybe sprinkle lightly with Lawry's Seasoned Salt for a little sodium and use no sodium bouillion. I will make this over the weekend then I can give an accurate reading.
This is a fabulous recipe. It will fill you up so you eat less. Even good for snacks due to low calorie content.
