I also used lower sodium soy sauce, 1 Tbsp each of Hoisin Sauce & Sesame Oil; minced garlic & shallots (latter two from 'jars,') and left out red chili flakes. Served over small amount of brown rice. DH even ate a serving!
This was easy, tasty and very healthy. I even used lower sodium soy sauce.
