YUMMY! Chomping on enchiladas using this sauce and wow! Flavorful satisfying and a keeper for sure. I did not even use the optional tsp of salt and this still has lots of taste. Thanks so much for sharing this recipe!
I also used it with a chicken enchilada casserole. I was looking for a low sodium version, and this is simple and taste wonderful, I wouldn't change a thing.
