Great idea I did cut the sugar in half as posted earlier & it was great
I cut the sugar in half and made these in muffin tins. They had a nice sweetness and the perfect amount of lemony flavor. My friends loved them.

I had some leftover crust and baked them in the tins. Even the crust was yummy by itself--tasted like a crisp, buttery cookie.
Great. Just like any other lemon bars. I cut the sugar for the filling in half, and it was pleasantly tart with good lemony flavor.
I subtracted a bit more sugar (I am not fond of sugar + lemons) and this was outstanding! I'm having a hard time not eating them all :)
