Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

This rice was a hit! I added Mexican Rotel and some cumin, and it was just wonderful. The servings are huge, so I might cut them in half. Also, I would give 5 stars, but the instructions don't include cooking time or serving size. No salt is needed in addition to the Rotel and chicken broth.
