I tried this tonight...I have to say it was really good, but it definitely needs salt! I almost never add salt to anything, and admittedly I used unsalted tomatoes and low salt chicken broth, but I think a couple teaspoons of salt would have really kicked this up into the incredible rating!
Thank you so much for posting this recipe! I tried it for the first time, tonight and love it! This has all the flavor you expect from jambalaya, without all the fat. Yummers! This one will be a keeper at my house! Thanks, Niki778!
