Loved these! I reduced the salt, substituted grated onion (1 small) for the garlic (one person in our extended family doesn't like garlic). Chopped potatoes, mixed everything together & baked at 325 for 40 min. Went great with roast pork for Sunday dinner!
Sounds good, but can someone please tell me what's the difference in flavor of Kosher salt?
Very good- but next time I will use a little bit less salt.
I don't think salt is required for cooking so added it (less) at end - lovely !!!
