I was looking for an easy recipe for chicken soup to use up a rotisserie chicken - this did the trick. I added chopped onion, a little bit of dried parsley and dried basil, and a dash or 2 of salt, pepper and poultry seasoning. I used 4 veggie bullion cubes and 4 chicken bullion cubes. A keeper!
