Used honey instead of sugar, and this turned out beautifully!
I used 1.5 cups full fat cottage cheese, no sugar, and 4 tb honey instead. I baked for about 60-70 min. It is very good. I will make it again for sure. I made 4 servings out of the whole thing.
Pretty yummy. But I just couldn't get the cottage cheese to blend very well. The nutritionals surprised me given the nature of the ingredients, but it looks like you have 2 cups of eggs listed rather than 2 eggs! This will alter the fat & cholesterol significantly!
Oh my gosh, I couldn't believe how well this recipe turned out! My entire family loved it and were asking for seconds. So low in calories too, an absolutely delicious creation!!! Thank you for sharing...
