Very easy and VERY delicious! I used half a cup of cheese and instead of the potatoes, I used brown rice which I thought tasted just splendid. Took almost 80 calories off the total (and I made probably 6 servings). I will most definitely be making this again! Submitted by:

This was one of the BEST recipes ive made not to mention incredibly EASY and less than 300 calories! I used 98% fat free cream of mushroom. I also cut up a medium size red potato and topped it with the cheese sauce. It makes so much sauce. Even my picky mother loved it! Submitted by:

I hate to cook so the easier the recipe the better. This dish is fantastic! It's so rich that it's hard to believe it's good for you. I did substitute with the low sodium/healthly choice soup, reduced fat cheese and brown rice and I even hid the California blend veggies under the gravy! YUMMY! Submitted by:
