Way too salty. I recommend omitting the seasoning.
Using low-fat "cream of" soups as a sauce is such a smart idea! It worked great in this recipe and I have been using the same trick in other recipes since.
Use 98% fat-free cream of mushroom to save 40 calories. Also fat-free shredded cheddar saves another 60 calories.
