Too much sodium
Excellent and super easy. I added sliced poblano, yellow, and orange peppers, and mushrooms. Put it in low carb tortillas with lettuce. Great dinner! Would give it 5 stars but it won't let me select any,
Looks yummy, but please note that your calculations are incorrect--the protein count is way too low. 1/4 lb boneless skinless chicken breast comes to a bit over 26g of protein, actually. Much better than 10g!
Love this! I added black beans like some of the others suggested. I cut my chicken into small strips and served it over chopped lettuce with some fat free ranch for a yummy taco salad!
I make this often my family loves it. I cook chicken on stovetop with cooking spray, when chicken is almost done, then I add salsa and black beans and corn. Also great with low fat mexi blend cheese.
This is so good!!! I add a spoon of low fat sour cream on top and I'm in heaven!!
Added no-salt black beans with the corn, didn't miss the extra sodium, and used 2% Mexican Blend Cheese. Wonderful!
I added black beans to this recipe just to give it a little something extra and it was amazing. My 4 year old and 2 year old even ate it. I can't believe how little calories this has. this was EXCELLENT!!
Loved this one. I had to use pico de gallo and hope the calories are the same.
I wonder what the count would be if I omitted the corn? Have to plug it into the tracker & find out. It does sound good. But have to keep the carbs down to less than 11 per serving.
This is a favorite in our house, and it's simple too! This recipe really saves on sodium and fat by not having taco seasoning or cream of chicken soup. YUMMMY!!!
Made this tonight. Very tasty! I used frozen corn, a 15 oz can of black beans & fresh salsa. Also made my own "chips" from whole wheat tortillas that I cut, sprayed with Pam & sprinkled with garlic salt. (I should not have left them in the oven on broil, tho!)
