Nutrition & Calorie Comments

This sounds really good. I figured that the nutritional info is for the entire recipe, not one piece. Is the bread soggy? I think it'd be better with some thick french bread, but understand the reason for the whole wheat. Just wondering if it gets soggy? Thanks.
