Nutrition & Calorie Comments

This was so easy to make and delicious! And I can't cook! LOL I added mushrooms and black pepper and served over mixed veggies. I have Diabetes and this is a great low-carb meal. Love it!
Yumm-o! Use FF Cream Cheese, reduced fat soup and served over spaghetti squash. Mmmm!
This was very good. My husband commented on it a couple of times as to how good it was. I used the no fat cream cheese as was mentioned and also the low fat cream soup. I also found a recipe similar to "Good Seasons Italian Dressing Mix" & was able to reduce the salt by half by doing that.
This was pretty good...a lil high in cals since you have to add it to pasta or rice to really make a meal. I ultimately ended up pouring it over my "Fiber Gourmet" fettuccine pasta. Great & tons of fiber (thanks to my pasta lol) It does seem to need some sort of veggie. I will add peas next time
Outstanding!!!! I ate it over egg noodles, but when I have a few calories to spare, it would be amazing over a low-fat biscuit!! Creamy, cheesy, yummy goodness!
