I made a gluten free version which was very tasty and used mrs. Dash instead of salt and pepper
I appreciate the fact that this low fat recipie is actually very low in fat. I was forced to make some higher fat substitutions in preparation. Calorically, it turned out not to make a big difference,but it did come out a bit dry. Good flavor though and filling.
