Fabulous.! Way tastier than grilled asparagus from steakhouses & so easy to make! I cooked the asparagus on parchment paper & used my olive oil spray pump to spray the asparagus & then sprinkled with garlic & salt...I used "freeze-dried garlic", it was minced a little big so I chopped it up. We brush on olive oil right on the spears , add a tiny bit of salt ---my favorite way of eating Asparagus during the summer --will give the garlic and lemon a try. Submitted by:

Roasted Asparagus is one of my favorite foods. This is delicious. I sometimes use avocado oil instead of olive oil. I also will sometimes lightly sprinkle onion and garlic powder on it just before salting/cooking. I don't do the lemon part.. but that's only personal preference. Submitted by:
