Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

I think the problem with the calorie count is the number of servings--this should easily feed 6 people which would then make the calorie count 180 per serving and only about 260 mg sodium. If you feed 4 people, it's 270 calories.
This has to serve more the one person, and the calorie count has to be off. Otherwise there is NO WAY I'm eating this! It's all I could eat for the day.
The recipe was very good; I served it with our Mexican meal tonight in celebration of Cinco de Mayo. The only thing I noticed was that the serving size wasn't listed, so the nutrition is for the whole large bowl. I measured approximately 6 (one cup) servings of this as a serving.
